What to send for a quotation
Share the agenda, language directions, venue, session duration, room count and expected audience. Presentation slides, speeches, speaker names and specialist vocabulary help interpreters prepare. Identify parallel sessions and remote speakers early because they affect both interpreter planning and the technical setup.
Planning an event in Amman, at the Dead Sea or in Aqaba? Share the venue, installation access and programme. Transport, setup and team arrangements are assessed for the location, with availability and scope confirmed in the quotation.
How the assignment is planned and delivered
- 1.
Agree the languages, programme and interpreting arrangement around the session schedule.
- 2.
Coordinate preparation materials and the required booth, audio feed and participant language channels.
- 3.
Check the scoped language and technical setup before the event and coordinate delivery during the programme.
Deliverables and scope boundaries
Simultaneous interpretation follows the speaker while the speech continues. Interpreter staffing and equipment are planned around the programme. Booths, receivers, microphones and technician support are not automatically included in every interpreter booking; the quotation identifies the complete package.
What affects the quotation
Languages, session length, number of days and rooms, specialist subject matter, interpreter arrangements, venue logistics and equipment requirements determine the scope. A draft agenda is more useful than audience size alone.
Questions about this service
Do participants need receivers and headsets?
For an in-room language-distribution setup, participants usually listen through a receiver and headset. The appropriate arrangement depends on the venue, languages and event format.
Can interpretation and equipment be booked together?
Yes. Linguative can coordinate interpreters and conference equipment in one proposal. The included equipment, installation and technical support are stated in the agreed scope.
