What to send for a quotation

Share the room layout, programme, audience size and presentation requirements. Specify microphones, screens, cameras, playback, interpretation and remote speaker needs. Tell us what the venue already supplies and who will operate it so the technical responsibilities are clear.

Planning an event in Amman, at the Dead Sea or in Aqaba? Share the venue, installation access and programme. Transport, setup and team arrangements are assessed for the location, with availability and scope confirmed in the quotation.

How the assignment is planned and delivered

  1. 1.

Review the event format and the available venue infrastructure.

  2. 2.

Agree the sound, visual and camera setup, operator roles and rehearsal requirements.

  3. 3.

Install and test the scoped setup, then coordinate technical operation during the programme.

Deliverables and scope boundaries

AV means audiovisual: the sound and visual systems used for the event. Room sound, interpretation audio, camera feeds and presentation playback must be coordinated. Existing equipment connections and suitability are assessed before confirmation; a venue inventory is not a guarantee of compatibility.

What affects the quotation

Room size, microphone and screen requirements, camera coverage, programme duration, installation access, rehearsals and operator roles affect the quotation. Recording and streaming deliverables should be named separately.

Questions about this service

Can you work with equipment already at the venue?

The venue equipment can be reviewed as part of the planning. Share its specifications and operator arrangements so any additional equipment and responsibility boundaries can be agreed.

Is recording included in conference AV?

Not automatically. Specify whether you need live camera feeds, a full-session recording, edited highlights or livestreaming so each output is included in the scope.
